Deploy a pot on POTLOCK

Access the pot factory

Go to POTLOCK app (e.g. app.potlock.org), Pots tab, "Deploy Pot." Owner pays ~4.4 NEAR. Negotiate with sponsors first.

Deploy a pot (quadratic funding round) on NEAR (15:45).

Roles and parameters

Owner appoints Chef. Admin can do everything except add/remove admins. Set application and matching dates, min/max donations, fees. Name and description immutable after deploy. Human verification (e.g. nada.bot) for Sybil resistance.

Funding and payouts

Donations in matching round logged in pot and passed to projects; pot funds used for payouts. After round: cooldown, off-chain calc, challenges, then payouts. Chef manages marketing and onboarding. See docs.potlock.org.
