A Pot is a smart contract for quadratic funding rounds. Participants: Sponsors (fund pool), Donors (give to projects), Projects (apply, receive donations + matching), Administrators (Owner, Admins, Chef). Direct donations: anyone, year-round, no matching. Matched: only when matching round is live, donors verify (nada.bot), donations logged for pool calculation.

Matching pool can grow anytime; sponsor board dynamic. Referrer fees. Chef and protocol fees. Owner sets fees, deploys (~5 NEAR). Nada.bot default for human verification.
